Apeldoorn & Loenense Watervallen – the Netherlands

Earlier this year, I went to Apeldoorn for a weekend retreat. We visited the Palace and the Loenense Waterfalls, as they were quite close to where we were staying.

The Palace is named “Het Loo” and was built between 1684 and 1686 for stadtholder-king William III and Mary II of England. I absolutely recommend you to go and visit, in case you like history, baroque architecture and garden as much as I do 🙂
